The details (including your personal details) collected for the purposes of this assessment/installation will be used by Acrobat Carbon Services (and their respective agents and representatives) for the purposes of administering this Project.

Such details shall also be passed to Acrobat group companies and Obligated Suppliers for whom Acrobat Carbon Services is providing Services, their employees and representatives, for the purpose of carrying out surveys and reporting to Ofgem (or other relevant industry bodies) in connection with Obligated Suppliers’ carbon saving commitment (or any other reporting obligation), for research, training and statistical analysis, carrying out after sales services, monitoring and/or evaluation and for marketing (unless you have opted-out) and details shall be passed to such other third parties for these purposes.

Acrobat Carbon Services will also share such details with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy(BEIS) (and where appropriate the Scottish Government and/or Welsh Assembly Government) and the Energy Saving Trust.

Information will be treated in strict confidence in accordance with the Data Protection Act, and will only be used for the purposes of research, statistical analysis and monitoring and/or evaluation of energy efficiency programmes including (but without limitation) the Energy Companies Obligation or Green Deal.

Some of the information you have provided to Acrobat Carbon Services (your personal information) may be disclosed to Ofgem as Administrator of the ECO scheme. Ofgem is the Office of the Gas and Electricity Markets. Further information about Ofgem can be found at www.ofgem.gov.uk.

Ofgem may use your personal information to determine whether a supplier is achieving its obligations under the scheme and to comply with its own statutory duties. Ofgem is required to disclose your personal information to the Secretary of State. Ofgem may seek to verify your personal information by contacting you directly or by checking it against existing Government records.

What Happens Next?

One of our Energy Advisors will telephone you to check your details to verify your funding eligibility.

If you qualify for a grant, we will need to undertake a free home energy assessment and take a copy of your most recent benefit award letter to hand.

100% grants are subject to survey. In most cases it is free but you may be asked to pay a contribution, depending on the efficiency of the property and the amount of work required. If you qualify for a grant, we will need the make & model of your boiler and you will need to have a copy of your most recent benefit award letter to hand.

Credit is available subject to status to UK residents aged 18 or over. Energy Alliance is a trading style of Acrobat Carbon Services Ltd. and acts as a credit broker not a lender and offers credit facilities from a panel of lenders and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
