Don’t Miss Out on a Free Boiler – Limited Time to Apply

January 01, 2018

Free boiler under HHCRO scheme

Free boiler grants are being allocated, throughout the UK, thanks to the Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) scheme. The funding aims ease the financial worries faced by those most vulnerable this winter.

For this reason, the grants are dependant on type of property, location and income.

If you use LPG, Oil or Electric Storage heating come and talk to us.

We want to make sure you don’t miss out if you are eligible.

The funding supports a variety of home heating cost reductions. It is well worth applying to see if we can help you.

Who is the funding for?

The government backed, boiler grants are available to selected housing associations, homeowners and tenants – subject to benefits – across the United Kingdom.

A new energy efficient boiler will be installed for applicants meeting the criteria.

You may be on a low income, retired, unemployed or a single mum. The grants are dependant on which benefits you receive.

You may be a working family not in receipt of benefit but eligible for tax credits – if so, then give us a call.

Moreover, those who apply but do not qualify for a fully funded boiler replacement, may qualify for a subsidised boiler.

Also, there are many other cost cutting measures we can look at, such as cavity wall insulation and loft insulation.

What will an ‘A’ Rated Free Boiler save me on my fuel costs?

Energy efficient, condensing boilers could save you up to £365 per year on your fuel bills based on a detached house, according to the Energy Saving Trust. Reduced carbon emissions help the environment.

Essentially, the boilers are ‘A’ rated as part of the energy suppliers’ obligation under the affordable warmth scheme. As a consequence, the high quality ensures piping hot water and cosy home heating using less fuel.

What do I need to do to apply?
